From The Legion, November 2022

Hello Brother Legionnaires and General Members,

Our fishing trip was a blast. We went out on the Queen of Hearts from HMB.

The master fisherman was Chewy Solis: he dropped a line, seconds later he pulled up his line, he caught 3 fish with 2 hooks. The Legacy of the Moose was a big success. We hosted the Golden Spot 15 Moose Legion conferral recently. We have 3 new Moose Legionnaires. We invite you all to attend our Veterans Day Dinner on November 11th. The Pacifica Moose Legion will be hosting dinner for our veterans. If you’re a veteran, please call in your dinner reservation for our prime rib on the Moose Legion. That’s right, for your service to our country we would like to buy you dinner. On your message just let us know you’re a Veteran. On November 19th, the night of the Imposters, we will be honoring our Moose Legionnaires who have received the Fellows Degree of Honor.

We are hoping to get enough volunteers to share in the fun working on Thursday and Friday dinners and other events. Share the wealth.

Due to the needs of our membership wanting to celebrate family milestones the Moose Legion committee unfortunately is unable to schedule any dates for this year’s events. We are hoping to get our dates after the 1st of the year.

To join the Moose Legion all you must do now is fill out an application with dues of $20.00 and attend a Moose Legion Conferral.

Line dancing is on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. Don’t forget about our monthly Moose Legion pancake breakfast, still the best deal in town. A Moose Legion meeting will follow the pancake breakfast.

Take the next step in Fraternalism and become a Legionnaire. Be part of the ‘Be’ team: Be Active, Be Committed and Be Rewarded by the impact we have on the lives of those we serve!
