We are proud to recognize and support some of Pacifica’s outstanding students from our local high schools—Terra Nova and Oceana—through our annual scholarship program. This year, the Pacifica Moose Lodge awarded over $2,000 in scholarships to deserving members of the Class of 2025!
Among the recipients are several students who have given back to our Lodge through volunteer work, including Jameson and Jordan, both of whom have dedicated countless hours as part of our dinner wait staff program. Their dedication and service have earned each of them a $500 scholarship in appreciation of their contributions.
In addition, we are thrilled to recognize this year’s Moose scholarship recipients:
- Willam Cole – Plans to attend Skyline College to get his associates degree. His current goal is to join the Peace Corps.
- Giavanna Finale – Plans to become a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Lily Zhao – Wants to focus more on volunteering and giving back to her
- community.
- Carmen Nie – Plans on attending San Jose State and majoring in pre-nursing.
- Athziri Lopez – Plans on attending San Francisco State and majoring in Fine Arts & Art History.
- Kaylee Price – Wants to focus and pursue more on education.
- Ashling Edwards – Plans on attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
These remarkable students represent the values of service, ambition, and community spirit that the Moose Lodge is proud to support. By investing in their futures, we’re also investing in the future of our community. Congratu- lations to all of our recipients—we can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!
